"Can't believe it's been 1 year since I suffered a mini stroke that lead to my PFO diagnosis," Hailey wrote on her Instagram Story.
"Given that it's the 1 year mark from such a life changing event, I wanted to share all the information I've learned about PFO and share resources to donate," Hailey added while also sharing more information about the condition.
A patent Foramen Ovale is "a hole in the heart that didn't close the way it should after birth. The hole is a small flaplike opening between the upper heart chambers. The upper chambers of the heart are called the atria," according to the Mayo Clinic.
The mini-stroke wasn't the only health battle Hailey faced in 2022.
