Disney's Live Action Remakes Ranked Based on Their International Box Office Earnings (& 4 Movies Grossed More Than $1 Billion!)

Disney's live action movies are huge money makers!

From the '90s to today, Disney has released 16 live action movies, and there are so many more on the way.

Next up is The Little Mermaid, starring Halle Bailey, which was at the center of some controversy as its release date swims closer. Why? Aladdin star Mena Massoud made some comments comparing the unreleased movie to the one he starred in.

In particular, he implied that The Little Mermaid wouldn't make more than $1 billion at the global box office like Aladdin did.
